ICM Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Territory Manager for central Utah (Salt Lake County to I-70). You will manage the full sales cycle for crushing, mining, and heavy equipment solutions, building long-term customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in crushing, mining, aggregate production, and/or heavy equipment sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for a central Utah territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Drive sales initiatives from lead generation to contract execution and closing.
• Track sales performance, pipeline, and key metrics for management reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales.
• Gather customer feedback to improve offerings and satisfaction.
