Job description

Salt Lake Valley, Utah (field-based, on-site)

Every road, foundation, and mine in central Utah starts with rock that someone had to crush, screen, and move. Our team keeps that work running. We are an established equipment dealer and service provider across the Mountain West, known for taking on difficult material processing problems for quarries, mines, aggregate producers, and contractors. Our lines cover rock crushing and screening, rebuilds of underground mining machinery, and concrete paving equipment.

We are growing fast and aiming to be the best dealer of our kind in North America. Behind every sale is a full parts, service, and rental organization, and a people-first culture where good work gets noticed.

We are looking for a field sales professional to own our central Utah territory.

About the role

You will own a territory that runs from the Salt Lake Valley south through Utah County to the I-70 corridor. Demand is strong, and many customers in this area have not been called on yet. You will run the full sales cycle, from finding new prospects to signing contracts, and you will report to the Director of Sales.

This role comes with real autonomy and the backing of a well-established organization. What you build here shows up directly in the territory's results, in how customers see the company, and in where your own career goes next.

What you'll be doing
  • Run the full sales cycle in your territory: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and getting contracts signed
  • Build and carry out a territory plan with clear revenue and growth targets
  • Take care of current customers, uncover new opportunities, and respond quickly when a customer needs something
  • Watch market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences; bring opportunities, risks, and recommendations to leadership
  • Track your pipeline, results, and key numbers, and prepare regular reports and presentations for management
  • Work with marketing, product, and customer service so your customers get consistent support
  • Share customer feedback with the right teams to improve products and customer satisfaction
What you bring
  • Sales experience in crushing, mining, aggregate production, heavy equipment, or a combination of these
  • A record of closing deals, backed by solid negotiation skills
  • Clear communication and the ability to build trust with operators, plant managers, and owners
  • Comfort reading data, spotting trends, and using them to make decisions
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization and time management across several priorities at once
  • Willingness to travel throughout the territory on a regular basis
What sets our best people apart
  • You go find new business instead of waiting for leads to come to you
  • You follow through, own your numbers, and stay steady when a prospect says no
  • You can have a hard conversation with a customer and keep the relationship intact
  • You want coaching, and you push yourself without being told to
  • You can point to business you grew, customer problems you solved, and targets you beat

People who do well here often come from parts, service, product support, field service, or operations roles in heavy equipment, mining, or aggregates, where customers already trust their technical judgment. If that sounds like you and you want to move into sales, we want to hear from you.

Why this role
  • A territory with strong demand and customers who have not been reached yet
  • Freedom to run your territory your way, with an established parts, service, and rental organization behind you
  • Room to make a visible impact on the territory, the brand, and your own career at a growing company
  • A people-first team, with benefits that include PTO; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; and a 401(k) with company match
Location and work model

Based out of our Salt Lake Valley office. This is a field role: most of your week is spent at customer sites across central Utah, with occasional overnight stays at the far end of the territory. A company vehicle is provided for territory travel.
