Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue in a assigned territory. You will expand existing accounts and win new business by articulating product benefits, preparing quotes, and delivering strategic presentations.

The role requires up to 75% travel, strong relationship-building and a proven sales track record in laboratory or clinical settings. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or business administration.
• 3–5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in laboratory services or medical sales.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work with diverse accounts.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Goal orientation with superior time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
• Proficiency with PC software, especially Excel, Salesforce, and iPad apps.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a territory and strategic sales plan to grow Viracor-Eurofins product portfolio.
• Maintain and grow base revenue through ongoing client contact and satisfaction.
• Call on prospective clients, deliver product information, prepare quotes and proposals.
• Advance clients through the sales process from cold call to close and follow-up.
• Deliver formal sales presentations and ensure timely payment and order processing.
• Conduct business reviews to retain and grow client relationships.
