Job summary

Hunter Industries is seeking a Sales Manager I to lead and develop business in the Florida Panhandle and nearby regions. You will build relationships with distributors, contractors, and developers, drive product exposure, and coordinate training and promotions across the territory.

You should have 5+ years in sales in the industry, strong presentation and customer-service skills, and be able to travel extensively. Proficiency with Salesforce and a willingness to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in related industry.
• Ability to travel extensively in territory.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation in English.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales through distributors, contractors and developers by calling on key clients.
• Develop relationships, monitor major projects, and expand product exposure.
• Coordinate training, trade shows and promotional events.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM in the territory.
• Provide field service, support warranty policies, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Report territory activity, budget, and market data to management.
• Assist with forecasting and pricing information for regional programs.
