Job summary

AssuranceAmerica Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager to lead growth across an assigned market. The role involves traveling to meet independent agencies, driving sales, and expanding market share.

You will train agency partners, present our value proposition, and represent the company at industry events. A strong background in B2B, in-person sales, and data analysis is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Willing to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel within your designated territory to meet with independent agencies and foster strong relationships.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing accounts.
• Provide training and support to agency partners, helping them understand our products, services, and value proposition.
• Represent AssuranceAmerica at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and influence.
• Desires to be in tactical, B2B, in-person sales role.
• Can gather and analyze data to interact with accounts and associates at all levels of the organization.
