Job summary

Swisher International, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager for Greenville, NC and surrounding markets. You will grow distribution and share through data-driven selling, insights, and strategic account management.

Lead category conversations with retailers, launch new products fast, and expand points of distribution while leveraging CRM and analytics to track performance and drive results. This role requires 2+ years of customer-facing sales, proficiency in Excel, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally.

• Stay ahead of consumer, competitive, and industry trends.

• Bring forward proactive, forward-looking recommendations.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Influence outcomes using data storytelling and value-based selling.
• Partner cross-functionally with distributors to ensure aligned execution.
• Ensure best-in-class in-store execution of merchandising, promotions, and pricing to drive market share.

Primary Purpose:

Swisher is looking for a results-driven Territory Manager who grow sales sells through data, insights, and structured selling. This role uses facts, analytics, and market intelligence to influence customer decisions, drive distribution, and deliver measurable top and bottom-linegrowthandgrow market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Growth Through Solution Selling

• Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities
