Job summary

coolCARE Protection Plans is seeking a Territory Manager to grow our business in a fast-paced market. You will drive sales, build distribution networks, and nurture long-term customer and partner relationships across your territory.

The role involves developing account plans, expanding partnerships, and facilitating training for new customers, with up to 25% travel to visit partners. A college degree and experience in sales or warranty industries are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or account management (HVAC or warranty industry preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and develop distribution partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships within the team and with partners/distributors.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow sales and profitability with key customers.
