Job summary

coolCARE Protection Plans is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to grow our sales in a fast-paced market. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive business development within your territory, expand partnerships, and build a network of distributors and customers.

In this growth-focused role you will manage accounts, develop account plans, train new customers, and travel up to 25% to visit partners and distributors.

Qualifications

• HVAC or warranty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to grow a customer base and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts to drive ongoing growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong collaborative relationships within the team and with partners.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow sales and profitability with key customers.
• Facilitate training programs for new customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and onboard new business.
• Work with distribution partners and secure individual partners in the territory.
