Job summary

DAP seeks a Territory Manager to cover the Denver-Fort Collins-Colorado Springs corridor and Salt Lake City area, overseeing sales activity across Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and northern NM. You will train dealers, meet sales targets, and coordinate events and marketing efforts to grow market share.

The role requires 3–5 years of home improvement sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience; experience in the home improvement industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Self-starter with initiative
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft skills (MS Office) proficient

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans leveraging marketing programs and field resources.
• Achieve sales targets across product categories within the assigned territory.
• Regularly visit dealers, regional chains, distributors, and prospects.
• Provide product training and support to dealers and end users.
• Communicate opportunities, issues and trends to management and marketing.
• Build relationships with Dealers, Wholesalers, and Key End Users.
• Manage travel and promotional budgets for territory activities.
• Support national wholesale shows operating within the territory.
• Handle other administrative duties to succeed in this role.
