You will generate new business, manage incoming leads, and build lasting relationships with residential and commercial clients, working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in flooring, remodeling, construction, or real estate preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Professionalism and outstanding customer service commitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with Property Managers, Realtors, and Builders.
• Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and provided leads.
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs.
• Prepare professional proposals and quotes.
• Close sales and manage customer journey through installation.
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth projects.
• Maintain ongoing client contact to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally to protect brand reputation.
