Job summary

Alliance Door Products is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Colorado, driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. You will act as the product expert and coordinate sales and marketing activities within the territory.

This full-time role requires regular travel, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage sales processes from inquiry to close. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 based on experience, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of territory development/management experience.
• Familiarity with millwork/building industry preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by expanding opportunities with existing customers and developing new ones.
• Travel regularly within the designated Colorado territory to meet customers and close deals.
• Be the product expert on Alliance Door Products and understand installation processes.
• Maintain CRM records and provide weekly activity reports to management.
