Job summary

Leoforce in Export, PA is seeking a Sales Manager for Commercial and Residential Flooring. The role focuses on leading territory sales, direct and B2B selling, and traveling to client sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales management and 10+ years in sales within construction/flooring, with strong leadership and negotiation skills. Remote candidates are considered if willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a sales management role, preferably in flooring/construction.
• Minimum of 10 years in sales, preferably in flooring/construction.
• Experience selling B2B to wholesalers, retail outlets, and construction companies.
• Proven territory sales, cold calling, prospecting, and account management experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow in the assigned territory.
• Lead nationwide sales team members to meet targets.
• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key customer accounts and close deals.
• Oversee daily operations of the sales department and forecast trends.
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales materials.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to the sales team.
