JM Hunter Group is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to grow a Northwest market for construction materials. The role focuses on selling waterproofing, underlayments, sound control, leveling products, and related solutions to commercial construction customers.

The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience in commercial construction, strong contractor relationships, and the ability to manage a territory independently. Travel and product support will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with waterproofing, building envelope, flooring systems, underlayments, coatings, or related products.
• Strong contractor relationships and business development skills.
• Ability to manage a territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and project stakeholders.
• Identify new project opportunities and expand territory sales.
• Provide product solutions and technical support.
• Manage sales pipeline and territory growth.
• Work with customers throughout the commercial construction process.
