Territory Sales Manager – Braeburn Systems LLC

We are now seeking a highly skilled and results driven HVAC Territory Sales Manager to join our team located within your assigned territory (Northeast US -NJ/NY/PA), where you will play a crucial role in reaching the sales targets of your assigned territory and the overall company market share growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process and have a passion for exceeding targets while providing exceptional customer service.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our Company in North America.
Responsibilities
- Insure consistent and appropriate representation of Braeburn products in the territory .
- Provide day-to-day sales support to Braeburn distributors and prospects as required.
- Provide effective and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues.
- Provide single point of contact for accounts in the territory while taking ownership of customers’ requests and working towards resolving any issues in timely fashion.
- Capable of conducting technical and general product training (Incl. features and benefits) for distributor’s counter personnel, service & installation technicians.
- Ability to easily switch between rapidly changing priorities.
- Maintains records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests for quotes and reports progress monthly to management.
- Communicates with Braeburn distribution regarding ratings, promotions, pricing, and product information.
- Develop and provide proposals and quotations for existing and prospective customers.
- Call on architects, consulting engineers, builders, general contractors, and national accounts to assure favorable specifications for Braeburn products.
- Assist existing and prospective customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales with support from Braeburn Sales management team.
- Responsible for gathering and communicating competitive issues to management and makes recommendations on responses.
- Perform other activities assigned by Braeburn Sales Management.
Skills
- Successful track record in Sales & New business development is a must.
- Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, MS Teams).
- Possess a customer-focused attitude - Self driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding company goals.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Must possess self-confidence to meet the challenges.
- Must be able to establish professional relationships with diverse personalities.
Education
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Min. 5 Yrs of HVAC application and/or field knowledge).
