Absolute Sales & Marketing Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager (Dental Implants) covering New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. This field-based role focuses on implant systems with surgeons, oral surgeons and prosthodontists, building relationships and delivering education-driven sales growth.

You will drive growth across a large territory, run product demonstrations, attend events and work with an experienced management team to achieve six-figure earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling dental implant systems into private practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of implant surgery and restorative workflows.
• Experience converting clinicians from competitor implant system.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Existing relationships with clinicians in NH, ME or VT advantageous.
• Experience managing a large geographic territory.
• Hunter mindset with self-motivation.
• Excellent communication skills with dentists and practice owners.

New England Territory: New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont | Field Based

Your Territory

New Hampshire:

Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Portsmouth and the Seacoast

Maine:

Portland, Lewiston, Augusta, Bangor and the coastal communities

Vermont:

Burlington, Montpelier, Rutland and the wider state

The Opportunity

You’ll manage a large and varied territory, from the Seacoast and southern New Hampshire through to Portland, Burlington and the more rural parts of Maine and Vermont, working with implantologists, oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists and general dentists placing implants.

This is a true implant role. You’ll be talking surgeons through implant systems, surgical protocols and restorative options, so real technical depth matters. You’ll win business through education and consultative selling, not by competing on price, with the backing of an experienced management team and excellent training.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and delivering a growth plan across all three states
• Converting clinicians from competitor implant systems
• Developing long term relationships with surgeons, practice owners and decision makers
• Running product demonstrations, lunch and learns and clinical support
• Attending study clubs, trade shows and educational events across the region
• Consistently hitting and beating your sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience selling dental implant systems into private practice, with a sales record built on implants themselves rather than mainly on regenerative or biomaterial products
• Strong technical knowledge of implant surgery and restorative workflows, including surgical protocols, implant connections and prosthetic components
• Experience converting clinicians from a competitor implant system
• A strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Existing relationships with clinicians in New Hampshire, Maine or Vermont would be a real advantage
• Experience managing a large geographic territory
• A hunter mindset, resilience and real self motivation
• Excellent communication skills with dentists, specialists and practice owners
• You’ll need to live within the territory, ideally in southern New Hampshire or the Portland area
