Absolute Sales & Marketing Recruitment Ltd. is assisting a globally recognised dental implant manufacturer to launch a brand-new New York City territory.

The role requires selling premium implant systems to implant surgeons and dental specialists, with a focus on building relationships from day one. You will cover Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Westchester and The Bronx, drafting a growth plan and establishing the brand presence through education and consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Experience selling dental implants in NYC with surgeon relationships
• Strong technical knowledge of implant surgery and restorative workflows
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Established relationships with implant surgeons in NYC area

This is a rare opportunity. Our client, a globally recognised and family owned dental implant manufacturer, has created a brand new New York City territory and is looking for an established implant sales professional to build it from the ground up.

New York is one of the most important implant markets in the country, and the business is investing heavily to grow here. Whoever takes this role will shape the territory from day one, setting the relationships, the accounts and the reputation the brand builds on for years to come.

Because the territory is new, this role is designed for someone already selling implants in the city, with surgeon relationships they can bring to a premium brand.

The Opportunity

You’ll cover Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Westchester, Eastchester and The Bronx, working with implantologists, oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists and general dentists placing implants.

This is a true implant role. From specialist practices in Manhattan to busy groups on Long Island and in Westchester, you’ll be talking surgeons through implant systems, surgical protocols and restorative options, so real technical depth matters. Success comes from trust, education and consultative selling rather than price, with the support of an experienced leadership team and first class training.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building a brand new territory and creating a clear plan for growth

What We’re Looking For

• Current or recent experience selling dental implant systems in the New York City area, with a sales record built on implants themselves rather than mainly on regenerative or biomaterial products
• Strong technical knowledge of implant surgery and restorative workflows, including surgical protocols, implant connections and prosthetic components
• Established relationships with implant surgeons across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Westchester or The Bronx
• Experience converting clinicians from a competitor implant system
• A proven record of hitting and exceeding targets
• The confidence and energy to build a territory from scratch
• A true hunter mentality, resilience and strong self motivation
• You’ll need to be based within the territory
