Overview

We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Specialist to support and deliver healthy air system solutions to our HVAC dealers within a specific territory. You will impact our business's revenue by engaging with customers, delivering creative solutions, and contributing to our company's success year over year.

This is a Home-Based B2B position that requires someone to be located in the Nashville, Tennessee area OR Birmingham, Alabama.

Responsibilities

Your daily activities will include:

  • Consulting with dealers to position their businesses for success
  • Providing tailored product and system solutions
  • Cold calling and collaborating with customers
  • Working with distribution managers to secure orders
  • Developing and leading an Annual Operating Plan
  • Tracking and reporting sales metrics
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Updating CRM (Goldmine) and identifying key accounts
Qualifications

If you meet the following criteria, consider applying:

  • Experience in B2B sales of tangible products
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry and prior sales experience
  • Ability to develop lasting customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient
  • Minimal supervision needed
  • Ability to manage and grow your territory
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • At least 2 years in progressive sales roles
  • Ability to travel within your territory up to 40%
