Join to apply for the Territory Sales Manager - Michigan role at CS Group.

CS Group is seeking a Territory Sales Representative (TSR) to join our North Central Region team (MI). The TSR will promote our innovative high-quality craft mixers & juices, available at the touch of a bar gun button, and will be responsible for presenting products, servicing clients, and identifying consumer needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a positive mindset, approaching each situation with optimism and energy.
  2. Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
  3. Collaborate with Pepsi/Food Service account representatives and work independently within the territory.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and challenges to increase sales.
  5. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  6. Report on sales results regularly (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
  7. Present products and services to prospective customers.
  8. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
  9. Work with the sales team to meet sales quotas.
  10. Answer customer questions regarding features, pricing, and services.
  11. Cross-sell products when appropriate.
Requirements
  1. Resident of Michigan; remote role.
  2. Relevant experience as a junior executive, outside sales rep, or restaurant manager preferred.
  3. 2+ years beverage sales or bartending experience is a plus.
  4. Experience with sales software.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Resilient with a proven sales track record.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
