Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 branches nationwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented individual for the role of Territory Sales Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers.
• Vehicle capable of significant travel.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.
• Distribute sales and marketing materials such as catalogs, flyers, brochures, and cut sheets.
• Develop presentations, quotes, and proposals for customers and groups.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer decision-makers and colleagues.
• Visit and call on multiple customers and prospects daily.
• Prepare and follow a call schedule for current and potential customers.
• Identify and contact sales prospects in a prioritized manner.
• Address customer issues promptly using approved methods.
• Support collections by providing necessary information and activities as directed by management.
• Gather strategic customer and competitor information ethically to enhance sales and customer relations.
• Utilize sales reports to support and expand sales growth.
• Provide or assist with on-the-job training for new and current associates.
