Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 branches nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Territory Sales Manager.

What you will need

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers.
  • You must have a vehicle capable of significant travel.
  • You must have a valid driver's license.

How you will make an impact

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.
  • Distribute various sales and marketing materials such as product catalogs, sales flyers, corporate brochures, and cut sheets.
  • Develop basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers and groups as needed.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with customer decision-makers and colleagues.
  • Visit and call on multiple customers and prospects daily.
  • Prepare and follow daily, weekly, and monthly call schedules for current and potential customers.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these, along with other assigned accounts, in a prioritized manner.
  • Promptly identify and troubleshoot customer issues using company-approved methods and guidelines.
  • Support the Accounts Receivable Department in collecting past-due monies by gathering information, submitting critical data, and performing activities assigned by management.
  • Gather strategic customer and competitor information ethically to promote sales growth and improve customer relations.
  • Utilize company sales reports to support and expand sales opportunities.
  • Provide or assist with on-the-job training for new and current associates.
