Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 branches nationwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented individual for the role of Territory Sales Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Good interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• A vehicle capable of significant travel
• Valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers
• Distribute sales and marketing materials such as catalogs, flyers, brochures, and cut sheets
• Develop presentations, quotes, and proposals for customers and groups
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and decision-makers
• Visit and call on multiple customers and prospects daily
• Prepare and follow daily, weekly, and monthly call schedules
• Identify and contact sales prospects in a prioritized manner
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues promptly using company-approved methods
• Support the Accounts Receivable Department in collecting past due monies
• Gather strategic customer and competitor information ethically to promote sales and improve relations
• Utilize company sales reports to support and expand sales growth
• Provide or assist with on-the-job training for new and current associates
