Title: Product Manager, Customer Sales Leads and Fleet Recommendations - 112909

Work Arrangement: Remote (may be subject to change)

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager for Customer Sales Leads and Fleet Recommendations, you will:

  • Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for sales leads and fleet recommendations
  • Lead product discovery by collaborating with stakeholders and data providers
  • Work with engineering and data science teams to develop scalable data products
  • Ensure data products are reusable across various applications and tools
  • Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements and maintain a product backlog
  • Develop success metrics to measure impact and adoption
  • Travel up to 25% within the Midwest for stakeholder engagement

Required Skills
  • 5+ years in product development, management, or engineering
  • 3+ years building data-driven products involving data engineering and science
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, lakes, databases, and modern practices
  • Experience with APIs and SQL
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and AI
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with product discovery and setting measurable goals
  • Passion for agriculture, construction, and technology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with John Deere data or similar industries
  • Knowledge of dealer workflows and third-party data systems
  • Experience delivering scalable data platforms
  • Ability to leverage data analytics for problem-solving
  • Understanding of data privacy laws
  • Experience working with external vendors
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Education

Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, data science, or related fields is preferred.
