  • Have a basic understanding of the RAC market, well-know about RAC and LCAC products. Work closely with the channel network, collect market information, analyze products between Midea and other brands, and propose 3-year product planning and suggestions for product optimization and improvement for the US market based on market demand.
  • Cooperate with BU and China team for channel expansion and customer development of the Professional channel, and at the same time create a market channel map and share it with the China headquarters.
  • Assist the BU in formulating and implementing marketing plans suitable for the market, improving brand exposure and increasing sell-out sales.
  • Assist the BU in managing purchase, sales, and inventory, give early warnings, and propose solutions when inventory levels are unreasonable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Air Conditioner Industry, OBM market segments.
  • Have good client resources in the HVAC industry.
  • Good understanding of US geography and cultural background.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Remote working with frequent domestic travel around the US.
