Job Title: Technical Sales Manager (TSM)

Location: Mid Atlantic (Remote, with Regional Travel)

About the Role:

- Home-based position with regional travel to clients and head office in Pittsburgh

- Maximize engagement with End Users, System Integrators, and engineering firms

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and territory management, ensuring pull-through from End Users
• Providing troubleshooting and technical solutions for clients
• Implementing the Challenger sales methodology
• Conducting technical sales presentations (e.g., Lunch & Learns)
• Understanding and communicating sales objectives with leadership

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of building automation/HVAC controls sales experience with a leading OEM or regional/national distributor
• College degree in Engineering or Business-related field
• Natural ability to sell independently—self-starter with minimal oversight
• Possess a "hunter" mentality and "road warrior" spirit
• Embrace new technologies, philosophies, and implementations in the sales process
