Job summary

Hartmann Young is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead and grow its SCS business across Illinois, focusing on expanding adoption among pain practices, hospitals and implanting centres.

The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, clinical teams and key stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, increase procedure volumes and build long-term relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within SCS, neuromodulation or interventional pain.
• Established book of business and strong physician relationships across Illinois.
• Experience working with pain physicians, implanting clinicians and hospital accounts.
• A strong track record of territory growth and exceeding quota.
• Understanding of the SCS patient pathway and referral network.

I’m partnering with a high-growth neuromodulation company looking to appoint an experienced Territory Manager to lead and develop its SCS business across Illinois.

This is a commercially focused role with responsibility for growing territory revenue, increasing procedure volumes and expanding adoption across pain practices, hospitals and implanting centres. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, clinical teams and key stakeholders to identify new opportunities, support account development and build long-term relationships across the region.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven sales experience within SCS, neuromodulation or interventional pain
• An established book of business and strong physician relationships across Illinois
• Experience working with pain physicians, implanting clinicians and hospital accounts
• A strong track record of territory growth and exceeding quota
• The ability to identify, win and develop new accounts
• A strong understanding of the SCS patient pathway and referral network
• Based in or around Chicago
