Mölnlycke Health Care is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager to lead Wound Care portfolio in San Antonio, Houston, Austin, West & South Texas and surrounding markets. The role requires 3+ years in medical sales in Post-Acute/Extended Care and involves growth with DME, long-term care, SNF, and home health channels, plus distributor collaboration.

You'll drive sales development, manage relationships, and execute strategic initiatives with a proactive, patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical sales experience in Post-Acute/Extended Care.
• Strong relationship-building and distributor collaboration skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relations in Home Health and Post-Acute markets.
• Expand new and existing business within Post-Acute Care through product introductions.
• Coordinate with distributors to align sales and marketing efforts.
• Identify and resolve customer problems and manage sales paperwork.
