Job summary

Diablo Tools is expanding its sales team in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula, seeking an extroverted, highly motivated Sales Professional with 1 years of sales experience. This role focuses on taking the competitive edge to increase market share and achieve sales targets across categories and channels.

You will develop programs for key dealers, coordinate trade shows, and support Territory Managers. Expect travel and collaboration across regional leaders to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business/marketing related field or 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales programs and strategies for key dealers to grow market share.
• Manage administrative duties: scheduling, orders, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisor on customer and company strategies.
• Support regional managers with program development and trade shows.
• Travel 6 overnights per month to meet customers.
• Territory covers Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula.
