Job summary

DSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales performance across an assigned retail territory in Lawrence, Kansas. You will onboard and coach Retail Sales Associates, drive weekly store execution, and personally close weekly sales to model best practices.

The role requires the ability to analyze performance metrics, hire effectively, and travel across the Lawrence area on a retail-aligned schedule, including weekends. Benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Travel across the Lawrence, Kansas area required.
• Strong ability to drive store execution and hit sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store training and upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly and ensure merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor KPIs, address gaps, and provide weekly coaching with action plans.
• Personally achieve weekly sales and fill staffing gaps as needed.
• Conduct final interviews and hire recommendations.
