Job summary

DSI is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Kansas City, KS area. You will lead sales performance, onboard RSAs, and drive weekly store execution while personally selling to stay sharp.

You will travel across stores in the Kansas City region, hit sales goals, and develop people within a high-performance culture. The role requires a valid driver’s license and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven track record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making fast, practical decisions.
• Strong interviewer and coach; clear written and verbal communication.
• Willing and able to travel across the Kansas City, Kansas area and work weekends.
• Driving requirements: valid driver's license and MVR checks as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store new-hire training and upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; address gaps quickly.
• Conduct final interviews and hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with action plans.
• Personally achieve weekly sales targets to model best practices.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts when needed.
