DSI is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales performance in the Lawrence, Kansas area. You will onboard and coach Retail Sales Associates, drive weekly store execution, and actively sell to reach goals while sustaining a high-performance culture.

The role requires 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail leadership, and a willingness to travel across Lawrence and work weekends. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions is offered.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Able to travel across the Lawrence, Kansas area and work weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store new-hire training and ongoing upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; address gaps quickly.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts when needed.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with clear action plans.
• Personally achieve sales each week to model best practices.
