Job summary

Terminix in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers, acting as the face of our national brand in the local community.

You'll assess customers' needs, develop proposals, collaborate with service teams, and drive revenue while delivering excellent customer service. A High School diploma, valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of pest control or sales experience are preferred, with up to 100% travel in territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals and close sales; coordinate with Branch Manager on revenue streams.
