Job summary

You will manage 3-5 years of selling experience, work weekends, and travel within 40 miles of listed cities, with a base salary range of $56,200–$77,275 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a team of merchandisers.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure in-store rollout of priorities and programs.
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics.
• Build Relationships: Partner with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize Resources: Deploy merchandisers and order writers effectively.
