Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Remote Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and grow key accounts across designated Alabama markets. You will drive DSD, build relationships with store teams, and manage merchandisers to maximize shelf impact.

You will plan data-driven strategies, coach field staff, and ensure compliance with safety and company programs while delivering top-line results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• 3–5 years selling experience with strong sales background.
• Able to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25–50 lbs).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle provided with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultations to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel and drive top-tier service.
• Deploy merchandisers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, displays, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships and results.
• Operate within Mondelēz safety and operation guidelines.
