Anton Paar USA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the South Region (MS, LA, AR, OK, TX). The role reports to the Southern Region Sales Director in Houston, TX, with a preferred location near Houston.

Base salary ranges from 92,910 to 105,300 annually, with uncapped commissions, monthly payouts, and bonuses for overachieving targets. Benefits include 401k contributions, profit sharing, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales for process instrumentation is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, plus presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new accounts; manage existing accounts.
• Present to audiences including C-suite, managers, and technicians.
• Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and close business.
• Travel up to 50–60% for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.
