Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead residential and commercial programs across the Ohio Valley. You will drive growth with builders and plumbing contractors, coordinate with distributors, and deploy training and pricing programs to maximize market share.

The role requires 3+ years in sales leadership within construction products, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% in the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales management experience in construction products.
• Industry knowledge including construction products and gas appliance applications.
• Aggressive and seasoned in sales leadership, management, and direct selling.
• Strong ability to work with C-suite decision makers to gain alignment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, strategies, and tactics for the Rinnai assigned territory.
• Grow sales in Repair and Replace and in builder/plumber segments.
• Develop and grow sales with Commercial Mechanical/Plumbing contractors.
• Provide product and installation training to contractors as needed.
• Manage pricing, discounts, and programs approved by Director of Sales.
• Coordinate with distributors and CRM to manage all sales funnel activities.
