Job summary

Cfi Company is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee sales operations within a defined region, with a focus on growing revenue and managing key accounts.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities while collaborating with marketing and product teams. Travel up to 80% within the territory and work independently to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• 3+ years in sales, account management, or business development with a proven record.
• 3-5 years experience in Mining and/or Aggregate markets is a plus.
• Experience in a territory management role or managing a sales region preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory goals and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and growth.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new customers within the territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide strategy.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product management teams.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends.
• Manage territory-related expenses and operate within standards and laws.
