Qualifications

• Proven success in medical device, biotech, or healthcare sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in surgical specialties and operating room environments.
• Ability to develop and manage a sales territory, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market adoption of Aroa products in Central Maryland.
• Manage relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital decision-makers, and distributors.
• Conduct product presentations, in-servicing, and clinical education in ORs and outpatient settings.
• Forecast and report on sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide field feedback to marketing, product development, and customer support.
