Job summary

Aroa Biosurgery Limited is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to drive growth across Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. This full-time field-based role works closely with the Territory Manager, engaging surgeons, clinicians, and hospital teams to support the complete sales and clinical process.

You'll cover OR cases, provide product in-services, manage inventory, and help develop accounts and territory plans while building deep clinical and commercial expertise in soft tissue repair

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Experience in operating rooms or clinical environments preferred.
• Ability to build consultative relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and clinical process with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital teams.
• Provide operating room case coverage and follow-up patient care.
• Deliver product in-services and manage inventory.
• Develop accounts and territory plans; build relationships with key accounts.
• Work with Territory Manager to execute territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
