Job summary

Aroa Biosurgery Limited is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support the growth of its soft tissue repair portfolio across Augusta, GA.

This field-based role collaborates with the Territory Manager to engage surgeons, clinicians, hospital teams, and other stakeholders in the sales and clinical process, including OR coverage, follow-up care, product in-servicing, inventory management, and account development.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or surgical products.
• Experience in operating rooms, hospitals, clinics, or clinical environments is preferred.
• Interest in medical device sales and improving patient outcomes.
• Ability to build consultative relationships with surgeons, clinicians and hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Cover operating room cases and support surgeons during procedures.
• Provide follow-up patient care and in-servicing of products.
• Manage inventory and support account development.
• Execute territory plans and build relationships with key accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities and maintain an active presence with customers.
