Aroa Biosurgery Limited is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support the growth of the soft-tissue repair portfolio across Augusta, GA. This full-time field-based role partners with the Territory Manager to build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital teams, and other healthcare stakeholders.

You will cover OR cases, provide product in-servicing, manage inventory, and drive account development while developing commercial and clinical expertise in a hands-on environment that

Competenze

• Experience in medical device or surgical sales is preferred.
• Experience in operating rooms, hospitals or clinical environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build consultative relationships with surgeons, clinicians and hospital staff.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and occasionally overnight.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
