SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a strategic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead growth across a territory spanning San Diego, Inland Empire, Palm Desert and Hawaii. You will coach a team, drive market share, and ensure disciplined sales execution with CRM and accountability.

The role emphasizes field coaching, customer engagement, and building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and branches while traveling up to 60% in California and quarterly to Hawaii.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience in wholesale distribution, landscape supply, irrigation, or contractor-focused industries.
• Knowledge of green industry products and practices is a plus.
• Strategic, hands-on leader with coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and sales execution across dispersed teams.
• Strong CRM proficiency and capacity to drive pipeline discipline.

• Partner with regional leadership to execute growth strategies across the territory.
