Job summary

IPG is seeking a Territory Business Manager to sustain and grow distributor relationships within the local market. You will promote the IPG bundle, manage revenue and margin, and coordinate with internal teams to meet territory goals.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in industrial/packaging sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to plan 1–2 years ahead; CRM proficiency is essential for ongoing account management.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related Field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote IPG products and the full product bundle to distributors.
• Manage distributor relationships and drive revenue in the assigned territory.
• Use CRM to track activities, forecasts, and quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales Reps and Territory Account Reps to support distributors.
• Conduct quarterly Sapphire business reviews and distributor training.
