Job summary

Transmotion in Wisconsin is seeking a Full-time Sales Manager to lead sales development initiatives for the assigned territory and drive revenue growth. You will oversee account managers, coach the team, hire/onboard new members, monitor performance, and develop individual development plans to meet targets.

You will manage territory operations, build relationships with customers and suppliers, resolve issues, and coordinate with product managers to boost market impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years outside sales experience.
• 7+ years of sales experience (ideally industry-specific).
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license, insurance eligibility, and the ability to maintain the vehicle.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on customer/department needs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Leadership experience and team development skills - a bonus.
