Job summary

American Welding and Gas, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager based in Sheridan, WY to lead sales growth across the region and neighboring states. You will increase sales and gross profit by bringing on new customers and expanding existing accounts within your territory.

Responsibilities include planning, pricing, and negotiating terms, while using CRM tools to manage schedules and accounts. Travel and collaboration with local branches are expected to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of welding and gas products preferred.
• Industrial sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the territory business through solution selling of gas products and technology.
• Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow the existing customer base.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and project scope with customers.
• Use CRM platforms for planning, scheduling, and time management.
• Develop long-term relationships with strategic customers and supply agreements.
• Review and manage Accounts Receivable balances to minimize risks.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues using company resources.
• Collaborate with branch managers to promote sales at retail locations.
• Meet goals set by management and perform administrative duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
