Fishman Flooring Solutions is looking for a Territory Business Manager to oversee the Metro Atlanta sales territory, grow existing accounts, and aggressively pursue new commercial and residential opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a hunter-style, results-driven professional with strong relationship-building skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for delivering results within the Norcross area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to discover and develop new accounts.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Independent, highly motivated with accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with a robust CRM system.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Innovative mindset with continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and pursuing new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners.
