DSI Systems Inc. in Duluth, MN seeks a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales performance and develop staff across the local retail territory. You will onboard, coach RSAs, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell to meet goals, fostering a high-performance culture.

You will travel within the Duluth area, work a weekend-friendly schedule, and manage payroll timing while delivering strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Willing and able to travel across the Duluth, Minnesota area and work a retail aligned schedule including weekends.
• Driving Requirements: valid driver’s license; MVR check may be required.

Responsabilités

• Onboard and coach Retail Sales Associates (RSAs); deliver in-store training and upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach to improve results.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; act quickly on gaps.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
