Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to oversee sales and operations in a designated C-store region. You will build relationships with store owners, promote brand growth, ensure product availability, and drive customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or territory management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of convenience store operations, merchandising, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan to achieve revenue goals and grow market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential accounts to expand the customer base.
• Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including store owners, operators, and managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including being on-call to stores during business hours, nights and weekends.
• Oversee product placement, inventory levels, and merchandising standards in all stores within the territory.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure product availability, minimize stockouts, and manage deliveries.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers to improve product knowledge and drive sales.
• Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer feedback to area management.
