Job summary

Keystone Cement Company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue across the southeast Pennsylvania region (Lehigh Valley to Philadelphia) and the Delmarva Peninsula. You will support customers with technical expertise and promote Keystone’s products through industry involvement.

Responsibilities include building new accounts, maintaining profitability, forecasting territory sales, and delivering market insights.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business management or sales/marketing
• Four years’ outside sales experience in cement, construction materials, or related industry
• ACI Field Testing Technician - Level 1 (within six months)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications, negotiating, and reasoning skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with safety regulations and participate in safety training.
• Develop professional account relationships and report market details to management.
• Prepare weekly sales activity reports and account progress.
• Develop territory forecasts and action plans to meet sales goals.
• Provide consultative and technical assistance to bag and bulk accounts.
• Educate customers on product features and solutions.
• Maintain safety, environmental compliance, and high-quality service standards.
