Job summary

Ernest is seeking a Director of Client Relations to lead a territory and champion a high-performance team. You will develop the Client Relationship Managers, drive new business, and expand key accounts while representing Ernest at events and client meetings.

This is a full-time role with base salary plus bonus and comprehensive benefits. You’ll lead from the front, building deep client partnerships and a culture of excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B outside sales success.
• Experience managing and growing an outside B2B sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Track record of strategic thinking and operational execution.
• Confidence in building rapport at all levels, from clients to colleagues.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Industry experience not required, we hire for potential and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a territory sales team and drive performance.
• Act as the Territory’s sales leader and brand ambassador.
• Drive new business and grow existing accounts through client relationships.
• Lead with operational excellence by planning and overseeing promotions, pricing, and processes.
