Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Western NC, with a focus on Florida; the role is full-time in Sarasota, FL.

You will manage agency appointments, train agency personnel on company products and underwriting guidelines, and work to increase product sales in assigned regions through appointed agents. This position requires building relationships, coordinating paperwork, and providing market feedback to improve production and the quality of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of experience marketing P&C personal lines including marketing to Independent Agents.
• Experience marketing to homeowners and/or personal auto; marketing in commercial lines is a plus.
• Experience training and developing agency staff.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to learn and follow regulations (FCRA and GLB).
• Ability to review agency qualifications for appointment and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate agency qualifications for appointment and recommend approvals or dismissals.
• Coordinate appointment paperwork between agents and the company.
• Coordinate IDs and passwords between processing company and One Alliance and communicate to agents.
• Schedule and conduct agency training sessions regionally.
• Coordinate monthly customer service training sessions.
• Provide audit reports to Sales Management and Underwriting.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, claims and marketing as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
